SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES can perform the following services for you in connection with your self-managed rental property.
- SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES can perform tasks as you specifically direct
- SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES can provide factual information to help you manage your investment property
- SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES can produce marketing material for your rental property
- SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES can perform administrative functions (i.e. contracting for property repair/maintenance)
Kinds of services that SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES cannot perform for you:
- SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES cannot provide you any service unless you are representing yourself as an owner managed landlord.
- SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES cannot engage in the property management or leasing as defined in CP-27. This means that SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES cannot rent or lease or attempt to rent or lease real property.
In the event of suit for damages arising from this contract or to enforce any of its provisions, the court may award the prevailing party his or her reasonable attorney’s fees and costs.
Limitation of Liability: The Client agrees to limit SUPERIOR RENTAL SERVICES’s liability for damages to the client to the fee charged for the services described in the contract. This limitation of liability shall apply regardless of the cause of action or legal theory pled asserted by the Client.
